Gear and Apparel Manager

Yellowstone Motorsports is looking for a charismatic person to join our team as a Gear and Apparel Manager. YMS is a place where all staff members are dedicated to our number one goal: providing an outstanding customer experience. As a G&A Manager, you would oversee ordering, inventory management, shipping and receiving, customer satisfaction, and the showroom displays. Our G&A Manager is our inhouse expert for all things gear and apparel. In addition, they assist parts customers in hard parts transactions. In this role, you would report to the General Manager and work alongside our knowledgeable Sales Specialists, Parts Specialists and Service Technicians.

Schedule: Tue - Fri 8:50 - 6:00 PM and Sat 8:50 - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Provide a warm welcoming customer experience

Be the utmost expert on all things gear and apparel (including warranties)

Cashier and sell gear, accessories, and hard parts

G&A inventory management & control (hard parts is done by the Parts Manager)

Shipping & receiving

Ordering (based on trends and customer feedback)

Build and maintain vendor relationships

Maintain the showroom (make it look awesome and keep it fresh!)

Roll up your sleeves and assist wherever needed

What You’ll Need:

Mechanical knowledge

A desire to find each customer the perfect solution

A willingness to own a problem and see it through to the end

An ability to work fast and efficiently

An ability to work independently and safely without direct supervision

Commitment to quality and a strong attention to detail

Passion for motorsports!

Bonus Points:

Previous professional experience working in parts, inventory, or a dealership setting

Direct experience with different types of gear

Experience operating a forklift

Full-Time Position w/ Benefits Health Insurance (Employer paid after 6 months!), Dental, Paid Time Off, Simple IRA w/ Match and Employee Discount Pay: Based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time Tuesday through Saturday* (*Weekends required - we offer an incentive pay for Saturdays!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
