CRM Assistant
We are looking for a CRM Assistant to join our expanding team.
Main duties will include assisting in developing effective customer relationship processes for the Group that deliver a premium experience for all customers and maximise revenue opportunities from enquiry management through to purchase and post sales retention.

Duties include:
  • Manage data quality reports and data cleansing
  • Co-ordinate cleansing of all returned mail/email bounces/opt-outs for the Group
  • Detach/merge/delete/correct records to minimise errors and ensure data is clean and up to date
  • Run regular de-duplication reports and update databases as required
  • Run data quality dashboard and undertake regular data cleansing exercise of databases
  • Assist with best practice data capture guidance for all relevant Group staff roles and cascade throughout the organisation to new and existing staff as required
  • Generate data extracts for marketing campaigns as required
  • Provide monthly Group data quality reports
  • Provide basic database training for existing staff/new starters
  • Liaise with all internal departments
  • Ensure accurate feedback of information to appropriate persons
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all fellow employees
  • Any other duties as required
Relationships:
Ensure that functional business relationships are maintained with all Centre Heads of Business and line managers. Maintain professional and courteous relationship with all Centre and Group staff together with all Manufacturer staff and all support suppliers.
Limits of Authority:
Not to enter into any agreements outside of the reasonable scope of your job function.
About our requirements:
The successful applicant will possess basic computer skills. In addition, they will be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to compile, sort, manipulate and import and export data within this format.
Previous Knowledge of the Keyloop Automotive Dealer Management System would be useful but not essential.
