Position Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and analyze video requested for confidential internal investigations related to asset protection targeting associate theft, non-compliance with cash handling procedures, and loss of company merchandise or other assets.
• Prepare cases for submission to law enforcement, which includes compiling CCTV evidence, writing narratives, analyzing financial statements and other relevant evidence.
• Assist with the development and deployment of policies and procedures relating to loss prevention and mitigation, and improved processes; and
• Support the risk management team in other projects or tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with CCTV equipment and operations.
• Experience in gas station and convenience store industry preferred but must have experience in a retail environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all investigations.
• Wicklander/Zulawski certification preferred; and
• Prior Asset Protection experience preferred.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
