What We Need
This is an exciting opportunity to join and be a part of building a new Yield division at Yieldmo. As an Inventory Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and understanding the trillions of potential impressions Yieldmo sees each quarter from our publisher partners. You will work closely with the business and technical teams to pinpoint our best supply, package inventory into merchandisable deals, and develop key performance metrics and insights. You will even contribute to deciding how we model and store inventory data.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of Yieldmo’s inventory and pinpoint areas for improvement or other recommendations
- Work with key internal stakeholders to curate inventory packages that will be attractive to buyers and will increase yield for suppliers
- Identify characteristics of top inventory for different buyers or situations and communicate to business partners to aid in business development
- Analyze and understand the structure of different publishers’ inventory data in order to clean it, categorize it and map it into our data taxonomy
- Develop inventory-related dashboards and reports
- Provide analytical and decision-making support for key company initiatives
- Expose insights through self-directed investigation and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, analytics or any related quantitative field
- 4 years of experience in analysis, analytics, or BI
- Experience working in advertising technology is a plus
- Highly proficient with SQL and excel
- Experience in business intelligence and visualization software (Looker, Tableau)
- Comfortable working with large data sets using a variety of tools
- Proficiency with a programming language (i.e. Python)
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask
