What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at YinzCam?
We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator, to measure, track, and report on all internal processes and operations, all operational KPIs and benchmarks, and to identify operational risks and gaps.
The role reports to the CEO.
The ideal candidate is customer-centered, process-oriented, and has a passion for organization, data analysis, process modeling, process measurement, documentation, efficiency, and data visualization.
The ideal candidate is capable of learning how the company operates, learning how processes are implemented, and jumping into making a difference within a week of starting the role.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Track all processes and operations for the company
- Accurately track and report on all KPIs for all processes and operations within the company
- Accurately track and report on all KPIs for customer satisfaction
- Owns, and updates the company-wide operations schedule including product launches
- Owns, and updates a company-side operations dashboard including all products and all projects
- Provide daily operational KPI and operational benchmark reports to the CEO
- Provide daily summaries of the status of all operations within the company, to the CEO
- Escalate, avert, mitigate all operational risks
- Ensure that all operational benchmarks are being met on a daily basis.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of relevant operational experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics.
- 4 years of experience in implementing, analyzing, measuring, and streamlining processes.
- 4 years of expertise in JIRA
- 4 years of expertise in JQL
- 4 years of expertise in Smartsheets
- 4 years of expertise in Excel/Google spreadsheets, macros, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, etc.
- Has expertise with putting together polished, professional, business documents and presentations.
- Is particular about English grammar, punctuation, written communication, and copywriting.
- Has experience in working with Engineering, Design, and QA teams in a high-tech company.
- Willingness and ability to work the non-traditional hours of the sports industry, including weekends, evenings and holidays (when sports teams have their games scheduled), as needed.
- Passion for customer service, and a passion to grow one's career in the sports industry.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
