YMCA of Bucks County is currently seeking an experienced and responsible Executive Assistant to provide administrative and clerical services to the CFO/COO.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years professional experience within an administration role.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
A self-starter who is detail oriented, able to multitask and work well in a team setting.
Demonstrated ability/background in knowing how to maintain confidentiality.
Highly organized.
Strong relationship building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and database systems.
Requirements:
Organize and maintain professional calendars as directed, scheduling meetings, paying close attention to priorities, deadlines, timing, etc.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence as directed
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, reports, to determine their significance and plan for distribution
Perform general office duties such as records management, filing, copies, ordering supplies, etc.
Prepare purchase orders, memos, letters, and other documents.
Maintain file history for compliance and scan documents for compliance
File and retrieve documents and reports
Attend meetings to record minutes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $31,000 - $35,000 based on experience
