Availability: Monday-Friday,1:30-7:30pm; 20-35 hours/week

Job Summary:
Create a safe, culturally appropriate and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures. Provide direction for staff and the programs, especially Leader's Club, My Achievers Program (MAP), & Girls of Promise. May create staff schedules and provide department administrative support as needed.
Job Duties:
- Supervise the participants and all activities
- Be a positive role model to youth and staff in your attitude and actions
- Maintain effective relationships with participants, members, and staff
- Design and implement culturally responsive activity plans
- Provide department administrative support, maintain required program records
- Maintain program site and equipment
- Attend and participate in family events, program activities, and staff meetings as directed
- Maintain positive relations with participants, parents and other staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
