Takes minutes during board and executive meetings and compiles packets for distribution. Offers assistance as needed with the Annual Campaign at these branches and participates in Special Events.
This individual must professionally handle phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff member. Additionally, the incumbent will assist members with online registration, oversee the scholarship process, and generate reports upon request. Responsibilities also include aiding with bulk mailings, assembling meeting packets, ordering meeting food when necessary, and setting up the office for meetings. On occasion, this person will provide support to the Executive Director.
Tasks involve sending and receiving contracts and agreements, entering groups, and maintaining CORE. Ensures that all reservations are signed, deposits are received, and totals are paid as specified on the reservation agreement. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring the branch collects over 90% of campaign pledges.
