Studio Manager

We are looking for a very strong and experienced fitness studio manager or someone with high-end retail management store experience that can effectively run our studio while always making sure our members have a memorable experience each time they walk into our studio.

Our Studio Manager role is a key component of the success of our studio sales and operations. If you are an energetic, positive, business savvy, member-focused, and sales-driven leader with successful management experience to oversee the sales and operations of a Yoga Joint studio, we would love to know more about you.

You will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of your studio while providing leadership and a high-caliber approach to coaching and developing your studio team members. You will keep a keen eye on membership growth to generate revenue growth month over month, training and developing your sales team, leading day-to-day operations, and making sure our Yoga Joint studio is held at the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance. You understand the importance of creating an exceptional member experience by making sure the studio runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

· Proven track record of leading and developing a team

· Exceptional sales skills to motivate and drive team sales performance

· Experienced in membership sales, meeting sales goals, and training your sales team

· Excellent operation skills to efficiently and productively run a studio

· Solid understanding and experience in managing P&L, driving sales, and promoting excellent customer service

* Ability to handle many deliverables at one time and prioritize based on business needs

· Multi-Unit fitness or retail industry experience preferred

· A role model to your team to promote operational excellence from a customer service and sales performance standpoint

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively and professionally get your point across

* Lead your studio team to create the best member experience possible

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
