Remote Operations Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client based in Dayton, OH.
Summary
Operations Specialist who will work within the new corporate Salesforce instance to manage the manual processes and data entry related to deals, quotes, and contracts for a SaaS (Software as a Service) business. The Deal Operations Specialist will primarily support the Renewals function by preparing initial quotes for customers approaching their annual renewal, ensuring the product line items in the quote are accurate, as well as the price per product in the quote. The Analyst will work within Salesforce as their primary system to prepare opportunities, quotes, and contracts so that those deals can be completed and processed with the customers.
The Specialist will take requests from the Renewals team and will prepare renewal contracts and be responsible for processing simple to complex deals. You will follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the above tasks and other daily job functions.
What You'll Be Doing:
* You will be required to create and merge quotes, validate order information and verify payment terms with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
* Provide accurate price quotes and assist with proposals
* You will be responsible for complex quote configuration of products and services, pricing, discounting, and quote document generation
* You will ensure compliance to all company and business policies, administer all open Renewals sales orders, and ensure appropriate order flow.
* Review and validate contract request intake form from Sales including validating customer information and existing contract information in Salesforce CRM
* Escalate in a timely and professional manner any issues that prevent the completion of tasks and achievement of SLA and targets
* Respond and action in a timely professional manner on any escalations received
* Work can be done remotely and does not require to be physically located in any particular location
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
* At least 1 year experience with Salesforce CRM
* Experience with Salesforce quoting (CPQ)
* Analytical strength to research existing contracts and determine correct existing costs
* Strong in mathematical calculations to determine discount percentages needed to reach target price
* Strong work ethic
* Reliable, self-starter
* Able to take instruction and respond quickly
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management.
* Positive attitude, self and team motivation, and flexibility
* Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
* At least 1 year experience with Salesforce CRM
* Experience with Salesforce quoting (CPQ)
Pay Range: $22.00/hr. Paid weekly.
Contract Length: 6 months with the potential to be extended.
