Yoh is seeking a Quality Control Technician
for our Food Client in Saint Louis, MO. You will be working in our client's manufacturing lab.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain HPLC and various lab instrumentation using accepted GLP procedures. Microprocessor controlled instrumentation with computer aided integration system. Record and measure data, calculate results.
- Perform a variety of laboratory wet chemical tests on all raw materials using written methods and procedures.
- Use of general laboratory equipment including pipets, burets, and analytical balances.
- Approve and reject samples, following product guidelines and specifications, record results on every sample analyzed using lab software and databases.
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years lab experience
- Operate and maintain HPLC and various lab instrumentation using accepted GLP procedures
- Microprocessor controlled instrumentation with computer aided integration system
- Perform a variety of laboratory wet chemical tests
- Approve and reject samples, following product guidelines and specifications, record results on every sample analyzed using lab software and databases
- Ensure the highest level of commitment to Safe Quality Food (SQF)
