What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative assistant position at Yoh?

Music client is seeking temporary Administrative Assistant to support SVP and Creative team. Temporary assignment can be up to 3 months with the possibility of an extension :

Fully onsite in Culver City, CA.

Pay up to $25 per hour w2.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative and project support to RCA Creative team. Tasks include but not limited to manage & coordinate internal / external calendars, coordinate meetings, take meeting notes, maintain file management and have full oversite to project within the creative division.
  • Assist in the management of Creative experiential projects that the heads of the department are overseeing to meet deadlines, manage and stay on time
  • Coordinate and maintain internal database, monthly newsletters and capability decks for the creative division
  • Work with creative management teams on invoicing and contracting projects
  • Collaborate with internal team on preparation of artist facing decks and presentations
  • They must be highly organized and well-versed in budgeting.
  • They will work closely with the contracting and creative accounting team.

Qualities :

  • A minimum of three year in client service experience recommended
  • Previous experience working within a creative agency, production company, or similar background required
  • A strong passion and interest in learning contemporary photography, music, art, fashion
  • Previous experience supporting executives and ability to interact with clients, talent and agent in a professional and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
  • Team player, consistently proactive and the ability to multi-task on numerous projects and deliverables with a sense of urgency and confidentiality.
  • Detail orientation; well organized with strong problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work productively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Expert organizational and research skills

Skills needed :

  • Microsoft Office / Outlook
  • Creative Cloud / Adobe Acrobat a plus
  • Understanding of Production budgets
  • Contract Admin
  • Paperwork filing experience
