Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency as a Facilities Engineer or in a comparable capacity
- Thorough understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Mastery of electrical systems, encompassing both high and low voltage applications
- Hands-on experience in stick welding and industrial mechanics
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, troubleshooting methodologies, HVAC licensing, and/or Electrical Professional Engineer certification
- Strong problem-solving aptitude coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to undertake travel to Asia for training purposes
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, encompassing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Diagnose and rectify equipment malfunctions to ensure peak performance
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain precise records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Formulate and implement preventive maintenance schemes to minimize downtime and prolong equipment longevity
- Monitor energy usage and propose energy-saving strategies
- Perform safety inspections to identify potential hazards and enact corrective measures
- Contribute to the planning and execution of facility enhancement projects
