We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and growth by developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Marketing, to digitalize customer service touchpoints and transform our product into a more self-service solution. This digitalization will empower customers to become more self-sufficient, enhance their overall experience, and create more valuable touchpoints throughout their lifecycle. By improving these touchpoints, you will help increase customer retention and drive advocacy for our customers. This role covers a diverse range of domains including lifecycle marketing strategy, customer enablement, engagement and retention campaigns, growth marketing, customer advocacy, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Map the customer journey and create targeted marketing campaigns for each stage.
- Design and deliver customer enablement programs, including onboarding and training.
- Develop self-service resources like knowledge bases and tutorials.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Implement loyalty and rewards programs to incentivize retention.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
- Foster relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive advocacy and referrals.
- Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including events and user groups.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, customer marketing, or customer retention marketing in a SaaS B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Passion for customer success and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary $115,000 - $145,000
Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
