YouGov Signal (signal.yougov.com) is the digital and social arm of the global market research firm YouGov (yougov.com). YouGov Signal specifically generates insights from SVOD viewership stats, social and digital data focusing primarily on the film and TV industry. The role is currently fully remote during COVID-19, but there is an office in Santa Monica if you choose to work out of it.
Job Description
As an Account Executive, your core objective is to focus on developing strong relationships with clients. You will serve as a point of contact for all matters related to customer experiences with the YouGov Signal web-app. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients to ensure the retention of existing revenue. You should have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and responsibilities, while maintaining sharp attention to detail in serving your clients’ needs. The optimal candidate will be passionate about data, research, tech & innovation.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and maintain day-to-day client relationships
- Collaborate continuously with Client Services and Product teams
- Assist with preparing client materials such as reports and newsletter
- maintain and execute account plans for your clients
Specific Tasks:
- Conduct data checks for client titles
- Create data requests for clients and client teams
- Host training sessions of the Signal Webapp for all new and current clients
- Meet/chat with clients about specific requests
- Assist with writing the newsletter or reports
- Send out weekly newsletter via Hubspot
- Collaborate with team members (client management meeting, development planning meeting, etc)
