at YouGov oversees the set up and management of research projects to ensure successful completion of research projects. Integral to this role is managing and interacting directly with clients – designing, driving and implementing market research projects. You will need to plan, and manage research projects and ensure successful client delivery. Additionally, you will be involved with methodological and sampling recommendations and when required, develop and share new market knowledge. Within the team, you will work with research analysts and research managers to provide guidance on research deliverables.
- 7 years of project management experience in market research, preferably with technology and or social media clients
- Excellent client management sills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner, which includes designing, setting up, reviewing research projects.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment; meeting project deadlines
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Applicant must have excellent attention to detail
- The ability to see the big picture and tell a story from data.
