Responsibilities
- Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels of all products
- Front counter orders as items are received, as needed.
- Source the best cost and availability for all products.
- Add new items.
- Maintain vendor licensing records
- Maintain customer service with Strategic Accounts (USOSM, etc.)
- Clear understanding of SOPs and Compliance Requirements
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed, resolving adjustments.
- Purchasing
- Process Purchase Orders
- Seek out alternate vendors for sales
- Do cost comparisons between vendors
- Evaluate vendors based on, on time delivery, quality of service provided, quality of products provided, etc
- Work closely with Warehouse & Distribution Manager to accomplish customer expectations
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, warehouse and/or purchasing experience
- Prefer knowledge of medical device, pharma, allograft products
Competencies
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel & MS Office Suite
- Strong math and accounting skills
- Previous experience with (ERP) Prophet 21 System preferred
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Team Work Skills

Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
