At Your 3rd Spot, we call out Wait Assistants (support team members) AMPlifiers. This is a pivotal role in the guest experience and is our development pipeline for future Connectors (servers). Want to grow in the industry? Want to be a server or bartender someday? This is where to start!

Best Part of the job: The team. You’re not at It’s like you’re not at work. We feed off each other and are able to re-charge each other if we get down.
Hardest Part of the job: Stepping out of your comfort zone. The job can throw a lot at you at one time. You have to get on yourself to keep up.
Advice to someone joining the team: Come in and be authentic and ready to work hard. I promise you’ll be great.

Qualifications & Requirements

Degrees & Certifications are great, but not required.

Can work in a team environment, showcases good time management, guest service oriented and trustworthy

30 hours per work week
