We are seeking a CNA / PCA to join our team !!!
Should be living in a 25 mile radius of Dry Branch, GA 31020.

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of Your Choice Home Care
- Assist with morning hygiene
- Adult diaper change
- Bathing Dressing
- Light meal preparation
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Schedule: 10am-6pm
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or supporting a physically disabled person
- Obtain Current CNA License or PCA certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Current TB Skin Test/Chest X-Ray
- Voided Check/Direct Deposit Information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
