A local real estate business in search for a flexible part time with possible full time self-motivated professional marketing and administrative assistant to provide detail support in a fast-paced setting.

LOTS OF POSSIBILITIES FOR THIS JOB!!

  • Hybrid (office and remote)
  • PT to FT – To be discussed at interview up to 20-30 hours/wk with the possibility of full-time.
  • Pay: $15-$22 per hour depending on experience plus quarterly bonus
  • Flexible weekday/weekend days

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain & update accurate information into various databases, software applications, and websites regularly.
  • Must have strong experience & knowledge of social media and CRM system management. Create drip campaigns, update the database and respond to inquiries.
  • Familiar and proficient with Dotloop and DocuSign systems, MLS entry, and regular Microsoft products data entry.
  • Create, modify, and prep marketing materials for social media, E-newsletter, printing, and mailing using programs like
  • Canva and different graphic design apps.
  • Develop/establish an interface with customers, community, and businesses for new business prospects
  • Handle customer relations
  • Occasionally outdoor local marketing and managing video producing
  • Perform other job-related duties, as needed, or requested
  • Distribute important transactional documents to the relevant parties timely.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-starter with minimum supervision to carry out tasks
  • Possess computer savvy, sense of urgency, time management, and flexibility
  • Proficient computers skills (MS Suites, Cloud base programs, databases, Quick books)
  • Knowledge and able to create and manage Google products like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and all social media marketing, including edit short videos for multiple channels.
  • Possess great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer services skills multitask and attention to detail
  • Previous administrative assistant experience in professional office a plus
  • Minimum High School Graduate or GED, Associate degree preferred
  • Must have transportation
  • Must be able to lift 10lbs
