DIGITAL MEDIA PRODUCER JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Lighting Brand® is a full-service Creative Agency and Software Company that exclusively services the Commercial and Industrial Lighting Community. As a member of the Design Services team, you’ll assist our retainer clients by conceptualizing and developing various video projects (i.e. Promotional Videos, Educational Webinars,
Website/Social Video Banners, etc.).
The Digital Media Producer position is tailored to help facilitate the management of Your Lighting Brand’s design projects and retainer clients. This position reports to our Lead Multimedia Designer and works closely with Brand Managers to assist with our full-service design offerings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand Manager and Clients to conceptualize, produce, and edit videos that will be used for various initiatives
- Product photography/filming and editing for both print and digital media
- Create project mock-ups (i.e. storyboards, shot-list, etc.) for clients brands
- Post-production tasks such as audio & color correction, creating title sequences, lower thirds, etc.
- Creating production shot-lists for video projects
- Setting up & taking down of professional studio equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audio
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for editing and motion graphics
- Source music for projects when necessary
- Work with Clients and Brand Managers on video revisions
- Publish videos to various platforms (i.e YouTube, Vimeo)
- Manages multiple projects at once while effectively communicating key information to teammates and clients
Requirements:
- Strong graphic design skills with a thorough understanding of design principles
- Must have detailed knowledge of Adobe Creative suite with a focus on After Effects, Premiere Pro,
Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with product filming/production in a studio environment
- Must be able to lift equipment and products up to 75lbs
Required Skills and Personal Characteristics:
- Excellent knowledge of photography and videography
- Must have good communication, people skills and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while staying organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must be a team player for strategy and a self-starter that can work independently for implementation and meeting deadlines
Bonus Skills:
- 3D design experience (i.e. Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) a plus
- Creating 2D character animations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
