We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and oversee the operations of our business. It is important that the General Manager have strong leadership abilities, a knowledge of corporate management, advanced organizational skills and an ability to multitask in an ever-changing environment. The General Manager will be responsible for assisting the company in creating and implementing innovative solutions while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the company, including, but not limited to, ordering, inventorying, scheduling shifts, opening, and closing.
- Manage employees and resources to maximize profit.
- Receive and review reports.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meetings minutes.
- Manage vendors and deal with business partners.
- Manage budgets.
