Summary of the Position: The position of Administrative Support is to provide office and administrative support for all aspects of the Allegheny County Program.
Associates Degree Is Preferred But Not Required.

Summary of the Position: The position of Administrative Support is to provide office and administrative support for all aspects of the Allegheny County Program.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families and other service providers.
- Administrative Support functions as the office receptionist, assist with preparing weekly paperwork, data entry, and assisting with the hiring process, payroll process, and maintain confidential client and personnel records.
- Applicant should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Word, Excel, ect.)
Associates Degree Is Preferred But Not Required.
- Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated during interview
- May need to be available to work evenings and weekends
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish is strongly preferred!)
