The Education Assistant provides support in the classroom for students and teachers, FT position Mon-Fri, 8:45-4:15.

The Education Assistant position at Youth Care is responsible for the supervision of students in the classroom and providing support while they work toward accomplishing academic and treatment plan goals. Maintain positive interactions with team members, students, parents, and professionals. Demonstrate a strong overall work ethic and develop and maintain a positive, healthy relationship with students, serving as a role model. The ideal candidate will communicate in a clear and professional manner, is able to deal effectively with stressful situations and is skilled at conflict mediation.
REQUIRED: ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screen, must be able to provide social security card for state background
