Group Home Treatment & Program Director
This full-time, exempt position is located in Missoula, Montana.
Partnership for Children (PFC) works with families and children, many of whom are impacted by trauma, poverty, and various social determinants of health, such as food insecurity, homelessness, and lack of affordable childcare. PFC's trauma informed approach is based on asking, not what is wrong with you, but what happened to you? The attachment framework puts relationships at the center of treatment and creates a sense of security, connection, and belonging for children and their families.

Job Summary: The Group Home Treatment & Program Director performs a variety of administrative, supervisory, clinical and advanced direct care services in managing personnel, creating a therapeutic milieu and meeting each child's treatment needs. This position ensures the philosophical, operational and clinical integrity of home services for 24-hour operation. The Director assumes a leadership role in integrating, overseeing, planning and evaluating each child's treatment progress and directs treatment implementation in the milieu to ensure the overall wellbeing of children. The Director works closely with a variety of agency personnel and community professionals in meeting program and operational needs. The Director is responsible for the development and maintenance of a positive and cohesive staff effort in an atmosphere of trust and security.
