Job Responsibilities
Communicate with warehouse outbound team and maintain UPS & FedEx daily pickup
Cooperate and Handle UPS & FedEx complaints, fill complaint forms, follow up complaint status and improve complaints success rate
Keep outbound team updated about LTL & FTL pickup timeline, maintain all pickups on time
Monitor LTL & FTL status after pickup, handle any delay / cancellation / other issues when doing delivery and keep customer updated, make sure customers satisfied
Deal with trucking companies & brokers for extra / additional fees, confirm adjusted bills and clarify the reasons of extra / additional fees and void them for future shipments
Requirements
Excellent English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely
Attention to detail and good reasoning skills to spot errors quickly and report them to relevant staff
Customer-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency with industry-standard computer packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
