Summary:
- As an in-house- dispatcher you will be directly supporting driver’s deliveries using computer system and processing shipment documents. Good communication skills, pleasant working relationship with all staff, ability to take instructions clearly and highly efficient in delivering task.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules all routes as they come in at the warehouse
- Familiar with service area
- Communicates and directs drivers in detail
- Logs special orders and pending orders
- Schedules drivers for special pick-ups
- Follow – up with special orders and pending orders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Flexibility to work with shifting schedules
- Articulates well in giving directions or message to the drivers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
