Role and Responsibilities
Time Entry into Zachry payroll system
- Type in data quickly and efficiently
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain spreadsheets used in payroll processing
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
Administrative duties
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners, copy machines and printers
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital format (PDF) to upload into record keying system
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
- Provide administrative support across departments on an ad-hoc basis
Site requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Disa background check
- Drug screen
- Non DOT physical
- Pants and closed toed shoes no shirts or dresses
