The Job
The Inbound Receiving Specialist is responsible for receiving and accurately inventorying inbound deliveries, maintaining accurate inventories of client wines. In addition, manage the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, participate in daily warehouse projects, actively engage as a member of the Operations Team, and perform other duties as assigned.

The Job
The Inbound Receiving Specialist is responsible for receiving and accurately inventorying inbound deliveries, maintaining accurate inventories of client wines. In addition, manage the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, participate in daily warehouse projects, actively engage as a member of the Operations Team, and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Property Intake
- Inventory client's wines as requested or required into systems using standardized process.
- Ensure accuracy and safety of property is prioritized
- Manage and reconcile client inventories accurately within the agreed upon timeframe
- Accept warehouse deliveries from internal and external carrier
- Accurately receiving deliveries with minimal errors
- Expediting inbound deliveries in a timely manner
- Prioritize and make space based on expected deliveries
- Process vendor deliveries accurately and timely
- Coordinate receiving receipts and invoices with accounting
- Communicate discrepancies with appropriate parties
- Move, organize, build and breakdown shipping pallets as needed
- Assist with offsite pickups, deliveries, and installations
- Consolidate inventories as needed
- Perform loading and unloading of property with precision and care
- Conduct inventory audits to resolve discrepancies as needed
- Keep the warehouse organized and cleaned daily
- Function and participate as a Team member in meetings and special projects
- Support all other warehouse functions when requested and as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- 1-2 years fine wine industry experience OR WSET level 2
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years warehouse experience
- 2 years of Wine Industry experience preferred
- Experience with computers, especially with Microsoft Office 365, NetSuite or other ERP, and warehouse management systems
- Experience with shipping and logistics
- Requires finger and wrist manipulation and/or grasping more than 50% of the time
- Ability to lift, bend, & stoop when required and stand for extended periods
- Pallet jack/Forklift Experience
- Ability to work for periods of time in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, hold, and carry 50 lbs
