Executive IT Support Specialist

The Executive IT Support Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership technical support. This position will leverage a wide variety of IT experience and soft skills to independently resolve or coordinate the resolution of complex requests and issues. In addition, this position will work to anticipate customer needs and focus on issue prevention to minimize tickets and maximize productivity.Specific Responsibilities 1. Provide end‐user hardware, software, conferencing and mobile support to the senior leadership team.2. Manage the technical aspects of senior leadership initiatives.3. Monitor ticketing system for senior leadership open tickets and drive to completion.4. Provide Tier 2 support to augment the Help Desk as needed.5. Manage department communications to the organization and provide technical leadership to hosted events.6. Enhance end‐user productivity by identifying issue trends and building preventative solutions.7. Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.Job Qualification RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, five ﴾5﴿ years of desktop support experience in Windows environment, general networking knowledge, and two ﴾2﴿ years of experience coordinating IT projects are required. Highly polished verbal and written communication skills. Excellent reasoning, problem solving, and decision making skills. Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, credibility and patience with users at all levels of the business. Ability to prioritize workload to focus on highest priority.Physical Demand Requirements Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
