Qualifications and Job Requirements:
3-5 years management, customer service and leadership experience. Experience working in wellness facility, spa or salon environment preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and A organization skills
Great at multitasking many different scenarios & quick at problem solving
Ability to work collaboratively with spa director and owner on establishing new protocols and determining solutions.
Assist Director in leading a wonderful team of wellness professionals
Passion for customer service & strong affinity for leading excellent customer oriented protocols.
Enthusiastic, team player, flexible and eye on the big picture
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor

Job Duties:
Assist with managing day to day operations of the spa
Step in and troubleshoot and/or lead with front desk related tasks
Collect weekly inventory
Input inventory into system
Receives and puts away inventory when it arrives
Communicate and share monthly marketing specials
Perform opening and closing duties as needed
Verifying MVA/Insurance claims and assisting with new MVA/Insurance clients
Managing all purchases for the spa and accurately controlling/monitoring inventory
Assists with inputting time clocks
Supply pick up/drop off
Assist with hiring/onboarding related task for new hires
Oversee maintenance of facility
Keep office/basement/attic organized and clean
Assist with technicians/therapists needs throughout the day
Support front desk staff when needed
Assist with deep cleaning projects to make sure the spa is tidy and neat
Assist Director in what is needed to keep the Spa running smoothly.
