Construction company, currently looking for an Office Manager to work in the office with experience managing a construction company. We are seeking a high-performance, self-motivated manager to join our team. To be successful in this role you will need excellent communications skills, exemplary writing ability, exceptional initiative, and a talent for collaboration and working independently.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Previous experience working or managing a construction company.
-Knowledge of measurements and tools
-Knowledge of materials (stone, marble and hardwood flooring).
-Exemplary written and oral communications skills
-Exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes
-Think and communicate clearly
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment
-Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
