ZARA IS LOOKING FOR DEPARTMENT MANAGER MENSWEAR BASED IN MIAMI.

Primarily responsible for fulfilling the strategy to maintain commerciality and attractive image with ability to adapt to the client. Leads and inspires the commercial team of the department, develops experts and specialists with strong product knowledge, fashion, social networks and trends. Strong commercial foundation, with the ability to analyze all reporting as well as high attention to detail and organization. Responsible for the general image of the section and adaptation of the layout according to the type of client.
- Control the inventory and manage the section to achieve the sales objectives
- Check communication and direction given related to product rotation both on the sales floor and stockroom
- Global vision of the business, communication with the rest of the managers to unify the customer’s image of the brand
- Supervises the product replenishment
- Ensure that the store maintains the company’s image standards.
- Control the merchandise displayed on furniture, walls, mannequins, tables, and shop windows
- Continuous feedback communication with both HQ and the in store team
- Product analysis (deficiencies, competition and trends) to preform different actions and thus achieve better results
- Commercial analysis to execute tasks that mean the sale (retail, business map, product reports, teams communication)
- Organizes and supervises sales floor process: registers, fitting rooms, size collection and online collection so that they run well and provide a good customer experience
- Ensures that customer experience standards are met and incidents are resolved
- Responsible for improving shrinkage
- Execute action plans regarding the needs of the store
- Responsible for the organization of employees in the department and identifies commercial talent
- Organizes the commercial team to execute all commercial tasks efficiently with regards to productivity
- On going training and coaching to develop the sales and commercial team within the department and specialists of the store.
- Ensures mandatory training is carried out
- Identify and propose new profiles for your team
- Recognizes opportunities and give constructive feedback for the evolution of the teams.
- Responsible for compliance with the rules of prevention of occupational risks, health and safety at work
- Supports management with the budget of hours with respect to the needs of the store
- Executes the preparation of schedules and planning of vacations of the department and ensures proper coverage to the sales dynamics and operational workload of the store
- Supports in selection and recruitment
- Uses the analysis tools (store map, customer PowerBi) to track metrics in order to improve the customer experience
- Compliance with occupational risk prevention and occupational health and safety regulations.
Personal Profile:
- Fashion retail managerial experience required (2 yrs min.)
- Open/flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and or holidays.
- Ability to maintain professional standards of personal presentation, to represent the image of the brand.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experienced in conducting comprehensive staff training programs
- Excellent analysis, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks
- Results-based approach
