- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they provide exceptional customer service
- Handle cash register duties and perform cash handling procedures accurately
- Conduct inventory management and assist with stock replenishment
- Assist with interviewing and hiring new employees
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assisting Customers whenever necessary
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
- Supporting store manager as needed.
- Maintaining the restaurant to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
- Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission statement.
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service
- Taking disciplinary action when necessary
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
- Knowledge of budgeting and payroll processes
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- High school or equivalent education level
- Stable work history
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
