As a Zaxby's team member, you will be trained in operations of the restaurant. Including the operation of equipment, preparation of Zaxby's food, enhancing guest experience, and maintaining orderly operations. Depending on your previous experience and interest, you may be assigned to work in the front of house, back of house, or both. You will report directly to the management team for day to day operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
- Assist with preparation of food
- Represent the Zaxby's brand in compliance with current standards
- Accurately complete guest orders and transactions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all
- Other work as assigned
Job Requirements:
The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
