Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of program management principles and experience in providing administrative support to program managers.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks
- Manage project resources
- Communicate project status
- Oversee the execution of project tasks and deliverables
- Ensure that projects meet the needs of stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and records
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and schedules to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any concerns
- Oversee the execution of project tasks and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with international projects
