We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to assist with project management on our social team. The ideal candidate will be a team player and forward thinker with a high ability to execute, who brings their love for processes and details. In addition, the ability to manage multiple brands with different strategies is essential.

Essential Functions: 

Overseeing and responding to emails in shared Social Media inbox
Assist with monthly content cycle process, ensure monthly social content is delivered on time and posted in Rallio
Assist with researching social media analytics and creating performance reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and recommend strategies/adjustments as needed
Collaborating with franchise owners on social media training process and assisting with ongoing training for existing franchise owners.
Assisting with franchise requests.
Administrative duties including updating region lists, creating social accounts, managing events for upcoming trainings, etc.
All other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours Worked: 

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required. 

Qualifications: 

1 years of experience working in social media or project management for a Brand or Agency

Or equivalent educational experience
Understanding of social media KPIs 
knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices 
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
Experience with Meta Business Suite

Preferred Qualifications: 

BS degree in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
Graphic design or copywriting experience
