That means building loyalty, trust and creating an overall positive experience. We seek someone who is goal oriented, has a proven track record as a service advisor and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 Years Service Advisor Experience.
- Spanish preferred.
- CDK Experience Preferred.
- $50-85k plus more based on your experience and sales ability.
- Great Attitude, High Energy & Dependability Required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedules service appointments
- Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner while obtaining vehicle information
- Writes up customer's vehicle problems with accuracy and clarity on repair order
- Refers to service history, inspects vehicle and recommends additional needed service
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Checks on progress of repair throughout the day
- Contacts customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
