We are seeking a skilled, experienced handyman with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to high fit and finish standards.

- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including light electrical work, light plumbing, painting, pressure washing, and pest control.

- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues or areas needing repair.

- Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards, with attention to detail and quality.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed.

- Prepare apartments for new residents in a timely manner following Zello standards

- Monitor and maintain building systems (e.g., sprinklers and lighting timers, gates, gutters, downspouts, etc.).

- Handle property preventive maintenance duties. Prioritize work orders based on urgency and importance of the required maintenance service.

- Complete maintenance service requests in a timely, safe, and professional manner.

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with a focus on high fit and finish skills.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in light electrical work, plumbing, painting, pressure washing, and pest control.

- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, punctual, and professional.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
