As an Account Manager at Zencity, these skills and attributes will set you up for success as you manage and nurture existing relationships with our residential real estate and property management partners to maximize opportunities to grow our partner portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing B2B client relationships with 3rd party building owners and property management firms
- Conduct market analysis and create pro forma to prioritize deal flow pipeline
- Support regular performance reporting to 3rd party stakeholders and address questions and concerns from existing clients
- Learn to lead lease negotiations with existing clients to ensure optimal business performance and legal incentives
- Develop and improve real estate management procedures and communications
- Support the implementation of the business’ strategic plans and B2B marketing strategies
- Travel to our portfolio of properties in Chicago, St. Louis, and Kansas City to strengthen client relationships
What You Offer
- 3-5 years professional experience managing client relationships
- Strong relationship building and communication skills, internally and externally
- Highly effective prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Highly developed problem solving and decision making skillset
- Highly proficient with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Willingness to travel
- Experience within the real estate and/or property management industries is a plus
- Proficiency with analytical and BI tools is a plus
