The team members in the Operations Department are trained to execute our customers' freight with elite levels of customer service through detail-oriented freight management to transcend the traditional brokerage world.

The Customer Sales Account Executive...

Will collaborate with the Account Managers and Carrier Sales Representatives to ensure we adhere to the quality promised to our growing customer base. This role lives in a fast-paced world met with operational precision, top-of-the-line organization, and the ability to get ahead of problems before they occur.

An average day might look something like:

  • Prospecting for new customer partners through a combination of viral marketing, emails, and phone calls.
  • Taking a deep dive into targeted customer needs in the market.
  • Confidently leading meetings and conference calls with potential and existing customer targets.
  • Negotiating through pricing exercises and RFP’s.
  • Strategically onboarding new customers into verticalized operations teams.
  • Successfully executing on all client needs while demonstrating solid decision-making skills to prioritize ever-changing daily tasks.

  • 1 years customer service experience required, serving and/or retail sales preferred.
  • College gradute or 5 years experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus!).
  • Ability to research trends and negotiate with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Great attitude, good judgment, and unquestionable integrity.
