Position Title: Sales and E-Commerce Coordinator

Reports to: Manager, Planning and Analysis

Location: Springfield, NJ/NYC Area - Hybrid (Office 3 days, WFH 2 days)

POSITION SUMMARY

This function is responsible for sales administration and e-commerce business support for Zenith Watches North America.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to the Manager, Planning and Analysis. Interacts regularly with Key Internal Stakeholders, both local and at the Switzerland headquarters: Brand President, Regional Sales Managers, Marketing and Communication Managers, E-commerce and CRM Managers, Call Center, Logistic, After Sales, Finance and IT business partners. This position does not have any direct reports.

Profile

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Sales Administration
    • Supports Manager and Sales Team with daily and monthly sales reporting and analysis
    • Monitors, tracks and communicates incoming inventory
    • Supports monthly and annual allocation planning
    • Supports and monitors order processing: works with key internal stakeholders to ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
    • Facilitates consignment process and returns
  • E-commerce
    • Enable and support the dynamic growth of the E-commerce business in North America
    • Actively manage e-commerce inventory and product merchandising
    • Communicate internally and with end-clients on stock subscriptions, pre-orders, and product waitlists
    • Work closely with Call Center and Customer Service teams to follow up and ensure excellent communication for orders, order inquiries and all end-client inquiries
    • Enable and ensure the smooth flow of E-commerce operations including front-end, back-end and ordering of e-commerce supplies and materials, working closely with Headquarters and local stakeholders
    • Monitor and track retail partner E-commerce websites to ensure adherence to brand standards including use of current visual assets, campaigns, product images and prices
    • Supports E-commerce projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • Account Support and Coordination
    • Oversee and manage sales incentive programs and process rewards relating to these programs
    • Manage visual merchandising inventory and shipment of display materials to accounts on a regular basis. Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure the highest standard of brand image in all points of sale.
    • Assists in in-store display, shop-in-shop, and visual merchandising project management and maintenance
    • Strongly support and contribute to Sales and E-commerce projects, reports and analyses on an ad-hoc basis

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent computer and systems skills (experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and fast learner on new IT/IS systems
    • Experience with E-commerce sales and administration
    • Good people skills & team player
    • Positive can-do attitude and self-starter
    • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
    • Experience with account support & customer service is a plus


Additional information

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University or college degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience; retail or luxury industry is a plus
