- Multifamily

- Opportunity zone and other tax-advantaged investments
Within the next 5 years, Zenith plans to continue operations in the Greenville area while also expanding into parts of Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida with a goal of growing its portfolio from $13M AUM to $2500M AUM.

The Role
The Data Entry Clerk (DEC) will be responsible for researching and inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into a database, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained. The DEC will report directly to the Data Analyst who will provide the necessary primary data in order to conduct the proper research. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail oriented and persistent.
They are expected to attain a wealth of knowledge regarding the company’s business, markets, & strategies as well as an extensive understanding of commercial real estate, development, and new technologies / softwares.
The Responsibilities
Manual Skiptracing:
- Manual research to identify true owners, property managers, brokers, attorneys, and other venders by utilizing data service providers and public records
- Manual research to identify these individuals’ contact information
- Maintain organized & up to date records of all data for the Data & Acquisitions teams
- Maintain data entry requirements by following company techniques and procedures
- Communicate with Data Specialist to ensure that databases are completed in a timely and thorough manner
