**Negotiate and Steward National Video Media Buys** Summary: Oversee national video media buys, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of projects. **Job Description** Negotiate and purchase National Video media buys, including scatter and upfront activity, broadcast, cable, and streaming buys. Maintain current knowledge of marketplace conditions through network meetings and trade publications. Project delivery for inventory against relevant target demographics. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and train Assistant Negotiators * Mentor media trainees within the group * Negotiate and purchase National Video media buys * Maintain current knowledge of marketplace conditions * Project delivery for inventory against relevant target demographics * Steward media schedules adhering to each client's buying guidelines * Help oversee timeline and execution of added value opportunities * Maintain confirmation of purchase, schedules, budgets, and reconciliation of network billing * Monitor performance of buys using current rating information * Secure makegoods and/or audience deficiency units for underdelivery * Contribute to post-analysis reports * Meet all due dates for buys, post analyses, and assigned projects **Qualifications:** * B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science * 1 years of media buying/planning experience * Agency experience highly preferred * Experience planning digital campaigns * Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-through skills * Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills * Hard-working, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
