Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented UI Product Designer with a rich background in content strategy to join our innovative Product design team. As a key player in shaping our digital experiences, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, engineers, and marketing professionals. Your primary focus will be on creating visually compelling and user-friendly landing pages while integrating a deep understanding of content strategy. This role requires a nuanced approach to UI design, incorporating thoughtful content placement, messaging, and information architecture, all within the framework of our established design systems. 

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance the overall user experience, with a keen eye for translating content strategy into visually impactful designs for landing pages.

What we want you to own in this role:

  • Comprehensive understanding of front-end UX flow.
  • Independent ability to conceptualize, present, and implement ideas within established timelines.
  • Building and implementing UX design and/or UI art while adhering to defined look & feel.
  • Creating dynamic and functional landing pages for new products, collaborations, and other initiatives to captivate and engage our audience.
  • Development and iteration of design concepts based on feedback.
  • Collaboration with the Lead UI/UX Designer to comprehend functionality, design, and technical requirements.
  • Active and constructive contribution to technical and artistic problem-solving across departments.
  • Strong background in graphic design with a solid understanding of design principles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of aesthetics and branding requirements.
  • Problem identification, advocacy for solutions, and process improvement suggestions within the department.
  • Balancing, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Mentoring others and supporting the growth of peers in your area of expertise.

What skills do you need?

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in graphic/interactive design or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five years of professional experience in design (Fashion and apparel focus is a bonus).
  • Portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile and web design techniques.
  • Experience in user and market research.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in JIRA or other project management programs preferred.

As of 09/25/2023, the expected salary range for this position is $145,000 to $160,000. Actual pay within this range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. The Company anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and, therefore, the Company retains the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for the position for various reasons, including the Company’s business needs.
