What are the responsibilities and job description for the Copywriter position at Zenoti?
As member of our content team, the Copywriter is responsible for producing engaging copy across different marketing channels and mediums. Duties include the development of written content, as well as proof-reading to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in our communications. This role will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to develop concepts, brainstorm ideas and create messaging that will resonate with our target audiences.
What You'll Do
- Write clear, compelling copy for external and internal-facing assets and campaigns for multiple mediums, including but not limited to; website, blog, white papers, webinars, email campaigns, product updates, datasheets, press releases, byline articles, social media content, and digital display ads.
- Review, edit, and update content for various marketing assets
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements, maintaining brand standards while adjusting based on target audiences/personas.
- Brainstorm new communication pieces that promote Zenoti to current and prospective customers.
- Work closely with multiple teams within the organization.
- Manage time and establish priorities while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - English, Communications, or Advertising
- 3 years of experience developing content for large enterprise websites or applications, B2B content, or agency experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail that ensures accuracy and error-free copy
- Strong understanding of both marketing content and UX content with knowledge of mobile first and responsive content strategies
- Ability to take complex topics and convert them into easy-to-understand language
- Familiar with best practices and content structure for various communication mediums
- Strategic thinker with ability to work cross-functionally, and a willingness to collaborate with other global teams
- Ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Note: This role will be remote to start, but on a long-term basis will operate from the Zenoti office in Bellevue, WA. We are also open to remote working on a permanent basis
