Job Title: Founder's Office Executive
 Location: Pune, India
 Working Hours: 10 PM- 7 AM, 6 days a week

 Job Overview:
 We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the Founder's Office as
 an intern at ZenTrades. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investor
 relations, project management, and strategic growth initiatives within a rapidly growing
 startup. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, an
 eagerness to learn, and a passion for making a difference. This role will also involve drafting
 emails and communications for investors and other key stakeholders, requiring attention to
 detail and professionalism.

 Key Responsibilities:

 1. Investor Relations & Communication
 i. Email Communication with Investors
 a. Draft and send regular communications, updates, and reports to existing and potential
 investors.
 b. Ensure accurate and timely sharing of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports,
 performance updates, and company news.

 ii. Follow-up on Investor Meetings

 a. Assist in coordinating meetings with investors and following up to provide additional data
 or information as needed.

 iii. Investor Presentations
 a. Help prepare presentations and materials for investor meetings, highlighting the
 company’s growth and potential.

 2. Research & Analysis
 i. Industry Research
 a. Conduct research on trends, developments, and regulations impacting the field service
 industry.
 b. Compile insights into competitor analysis and market opportunities to support the
 strategic planning process.

ii. Strategic Business Insights
 a. Assist in analyzing business data and identifying potential opportunities for growth and
 improvement.

 3. Project Assistance & Implementation
 i. Support Project Management Initiatives
 a. Work closely with the Founder’s Office to assist in the successful execution of strategic
 projects.
 b. Collaborate with team members from different departments to ensure alignment on
 project goals.

 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
 i. Departmental Coordination
 a. Work alongside the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to
 support the smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.

 b. Attend project meetings and help track progress to ensure timely completion of project
 deliverables.

 1. Exceptional Written Communication: Ability to write clear, concise, and professional
 emails, presentations, and reports for investors and stakeholders.

 with accuracy and professionalism.

 6. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools and understanding how to leverage technology
 to drive business outcomes.

 Preferred Qualifications:
 1. 0-1 year of experience in an internship, project management, or similar role in a
 high-growth company or startup.
 2. Strong academic background, preferably from a top-tier college.
 3. Background in business, engineering, or related fields; B.Tech background is a plus.
 4. Eagerness to learn about the field service industry and technology platforms.
