The Role
Zeotap is a leading provider of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) in Europe.
As we continue to grow our market presence across Europe, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to drive our participation in diverse events and conferences.
The Event Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving our lead generation goals and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events in Germany, the UK, Italy, France and Spain. This role requires a strategic thinker and a fast executor, as well as a great project manager.
This role is available for remote/hybrid workplace in Berlin (Germany), Madrid/Barcelona (Spain) or Milan (Italy).
\n- Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including trade shows, masterclasses/ workshops, privately hosted and co-hosted with our partners events.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, from venue selection to sometimes coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event goals, messaging, and key talking points.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favourable terms.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align event activities with lead generation and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure the goal achievement of number of opportunities out of each event and to make sure that none of the leads are lost after the events.
- Coordinate with product managers and subject matter experts to ensure accurate representation of our product at events.
- Help creating compelling pre-event and post-event marketing materials.
- Utilize social media, email campaigns, and other channels to generate buzz and drive attendance.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to measure the success of each event against established goals.
- Make sure all team members involved know their next steps and that all leads from events are collected and nurtured.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of future events.
- Proven experience as an Event Manager, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to different cities in Europe.
- A plus: Familiarity with European event landscape and different cultural nuances.
- A plus: Familiarity with AdTech/ MarTech industry
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business or a related field.
