Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.
Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for Marketing Associate/Manager with a Bachelor's Degree, and at least 5 years of experience with a proven record of superb interpersonal skills and organizational abilities. Experience in account management or client services partnering with creatives or charter schools is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage marketing assets through all stages of development from brief to implementation in collaboration with Marketing Director, internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, photographers, designers, etc.)
- Traffic paid media from creatives to agencies and vendors
- Provide internal assets to digital agencies for creative development, including curating photos and videos for Zeta’s social media use
- Ensure streamlined, clear communication to vendors and internal stakeholders including maintaining up to date weekly meeting agendas with vendors, internal teams
- Own managing film and photography schedules, runs of show, and asset libraries
- Assist production during in-school photo and video sessions, ensuring vision aligns with output (i.e., assets on brand)
- Support Marketing Director in creating and codifying scalable processes to produce assets and distribute across owned and paid platforms
- Build out a scalable system to capture and organize inbound assets from creative partners in internal library systems (e.g. back-up assets, share drive). Includes ensuring all current assets are properly filed
- Maintain instructional documents to ensure creative stays up to date both internally (i.e. ZHub intranet site) and externally (e.g., youtube, Linked In, media traffic)
- Other duties as assigned
- Attention to detail and comfort learning new tools a must; graphic design and video editing expertise preferred
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. The salary range is between $58,500 and $75,000 for the Associate title and between $75,000 and $90,000 for the Manager title. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the ranges, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. Managers and above are eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
