Job Duties:
Print, Sort and Process new orders
Process customer approvals
Order products from vendors after approval
Deal with customer service concerns
- Answer phones/respond to voice mail messages
- Take phone orders and answer customers’ questions
- Expedite orders if needed
Assist with inspection of completed garments
Create and print shipping labels for orders
Sort and match items received from vendors to the appropriate orders
Respond to customer emails and inquiries
Check mail and customer drop box
Take photos of provided items
Assist customers in checking out items in Zeus' Closet
Assist in maintaining inventory in Zeus' Closet
Skill Requirements
- Ideally is familiar with fraternities, sororities, or Greek-letter organizations
- EXCELLENT communications skills; both written and oral
- Must be empathetic
- Great memory
- Must have a desire to help and educate people.
- Strong organizational skills
- Pays close attention to details
- Exceptional problem solving and deductive logic skills
- Ability to work independently; we do not like having to micromanage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and finish all of them
- Capable of working under strict time constraints
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Docs
- Willingness and ability to learn new software
Beneficial Skills
- Keyboarding
- Knowledge of Greek alphabet (you will be trained on this if necessary)
Schedule and Compensation:
- 40 hours/week
- 9:30AM - 6:30PM Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be needed based on local events. When working on a Saturday, you are off the following Monday.
